What is included in the free trial?

You receive 1 blog article and 2 website or product changes together on 1 website. This is a one-time trial allowance for 7 days. With Duo and Team, you also start by trying one website.

When do my 7 free days start?

Your trial starts only once your website connection is working and verified, and your payment authorisation is confirmed. Creating an account alone does not start the clock. The start and end dates will then appear in your account.

What happens after the trial?

Your chosen plan automatically continues as a paid subscription. You confirm the price and payment authorisation before the trial starts. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue. Cancelling during the trial ends your free access immediately. The verification amount is not a monthly payment.

Will the assistant work with my WordPress website?

You need WordPress 6.6 or later, PHP 8.3 or later and permission to install the plugin. The assistant works with supported text elements in Divi 4/5, static Elementor heading and text widgets, and supported WooCommerce product data. Compatibility with your website must be checked first; not every theme or module is supported.

How can I update my WordPress website through WhatsApp?

Choose a subscription and install the existing Pith Media website assistent plugin. After connecting securely, send your request to the Pith Media website assistent number. Review the proposal and confirm whether it may be published.

What can I have updated?

You can update existing page text, prepare new blog posts and change supported WooCommerce product details and photos. Images are available for blog posts and products; the current plugin supports text only on existing pages. Divi 4/5 and static Elementor heading and text widgets are supported. Dynamic modules, complete layouts and arbitrary theme elements are excluded.

Does an update go online straight away?

No. Publishing is only allowed after an authorised WhatsApp number explicitly confirms the current proposal. Want to change something first? Send your feedback and review the new proposal again.

Do I need to share my WordPress password?

No. Never share your WordPress password by email or WhatsApp. The connection uses the existing plugin and a secure pairing process. The existing plugin is available to download. Online access management is still being prepared and has not been tested as a working connection.

Can a colleague send requests too?

Yes. You can authorise up to 2 WhatsApp numbers per website in your account. A phone number on an invoice never grants permission automatically. You can separately see whether the content service has processed this permission.

How do the monthly allowances work?

Solo: 10 blog posts and 50 website and product updates per month (1 WordPress website). Duo: 20 blog posts and 100 website and product updates per month (Up to 2 WordPress websites). Team: 50 blog posts and 250 website and product updates per month (Up to 5 WordPress websites). The numbers are monthly totals for each plan. Website and product updates share one update allowance. The exact counting rules, treatment of unused credits and any additional costs will be set out before payment. Checkout remains disabled until these details are clear.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

You can request a plan change and cancel your subscription from your account. When requesting a change, your current plan remains in effect until the change and start date are confirmed. Cancellation is only confirmed once Mollie has stopped future charges.
